Test project Delphi XE 7 - need your comments and advices

I have developed small test project as a template for production project.
In this template I've realized a way that application saves and loads its own settings (ini-file). I need your comments and advices about my method.

When answering a question please:

You should take a step back and rethink how you have asked for help. I realize you are a new member here so please take this as just helpful advice.

1. You should always give a clear definition of the problem you are facing. Include any error message, the values you are reading from any input, etc. You have to remember we cannot see you screen or read your mind.
2. Please post the code the is relevant to the issue you are facing, but at the same time do not post your entire code base. People here will gladly help, but we cannot spend a large amount of time looking through pages of code.

And lastly there is a very slim chance that anyone would download the code you have linked. We have nothing against you personally, but we do not know you. The members here would not just blindly download and run some strangers code.
