Hi, currently writing an approval system. In this system included 3 characters. They are requestor, manager and security. The requester need to fill up information and submit to manager. I want to ask izit possible send an alert message to related Manager, whenever a user submit a request form to Manager. Thank you

You did not explain anything, what "Manager", in what application, its type, platform, technology, nothing...

Hi, after the user enter into a system, he/she need to fill up request form and send it to manager. My question is how the manager know he/she receive an application for approve? that's y I'm asking can send alert message.

Yes you can send an alert message, but without some context it is impossible to suggest how. You have tagged your question VB.NET, so how does the application accept request data, and how does it communicate with the manager?
