Better Way to Optimize the Build Speed

Hi,

I have a project which is taking more than 2 hours and so to compile with VS2010, as Iam trying to reduce the compilation time can anyone suggest the solution to reduce the time

As Iam using import directive in my project its doesn't allow me to use /MP switch.

Please let me know if we do have any other solution.
