How Do I Resolve This?

I Created and deployed a report and each time the report is viewed, it displayed well. But when i try to export the report in any format eg: CSV, Excel Or Word, it return the error message: Can not download this file: details: HTTP/1.1 500 internal server error.

please i need a help on this.
