Does a coredump give info of all threads running in parallel?

I have a doubt on the info we get after a core dump.

Does the backtrace give info of all the threads running in parallel or the thread that caused the core dump to occur?

when we give "thread apply all bt full" we get details of all thread. Does that mean other threads info running in parallel.

If so, than bt should be confusing to understand.

Please correct me if I have mistaken
