how to download .xls file from aspx website using c#

I have tired to download .xls from aspx website using c#.

http://infopost.bwpmlp.com/Frameset.aspx?url=%2FPosting%2Fdefault.aspx%3FMode%3DDisplay%26Id%3D11&tspid=100000

As shown in website there list of .xls file tab if click on any tab the download .xls file in my local machine but pro grammatically.

Thanx but i didn't get any specific URL for xls file ,i geted only datasource or parameter and viewsstate like etc.
