How to connect MAINFRAME MQ using core JAVA

Hi,

I am pretty new to java. I am mainly a UNIX resource. I want to run a jar file from unix(AIX) which needs to connect MAINFRAME MQ (I think it is now called as WEBSPHERE MQ CLIENT).

I want to connect the MQ and get the messages, write them in file until the queue is empty. The file name to write the messages will be passed to JAVA from unix while calling jar file. i would like to get help from you.
