Print preview problems

I have a vb.net windows application and its in Arabic. I changed my language to Arabic through Regional Settings. Now, windows 8 and windows 10 shows arabic text in printing preview but number stil in english. I want all the numbers to encode to arabic by automatically. please anybody help me.

Solution 1

The system will not automatically translate English to Arabic for you. There is no such facility in Windows. You have to provide the Arabic terms to show.

What i meant is only the numbers (0123456789) i want them to appear as Indie numbers. all applications prints them as system either English or Arabic except my application.
