IIS website responding slow

I have hosted a website in IIS 7.5 in my PC with ip address. The website is too slow but the same website is hosted in other pc with same settings it is fast.

How to solve this problem?

that might not be the problem as it is working fast in other PC with same configuration.

If the other PC is fast and your is slow, you don't think the problem is with your PC?

This is impossible to answer. There are LOTS of possible reasons for a slow response and you've given us absolutely nothing to work with.

All anyone can do is start by using a profiler to see where in the request pipeline the possible bottlenecks are and digging into the possible causes each each of those points, depending on what you find.
