developing android app

we are developing one IOT project.Here I am using aurdino and sensors.I have written the java servlet code in codenvy to store the data in cloud(google app engine).Now I have to read the data from the cloud in android app.So how to develop android app for this.

Thank you for replying.Sir I am reading the ultrasonic sensor value using aurdino and sensor and I am storing that in cloud.Now I have to fetch the data from cloud in android app.In that article they are not storing data in cloud.
