I need a help...In windows universal app 2 main projects are automatically created(Windows 8.1 and WP8.1) how to use that 2 mains in my app? If iam using any references,should I add references for two times?

I want to develop a chat application in windows Universal app(My application should work on windowsphone8.1/pc/tab).Actually i am exactly new to this. so here are some doubts regarding the .NET Framework and related
