Reading Exe File in Memory for write mode / read mode is same or diffrent

Exe file differ in during its excution and write mode
can any one help me for opening it tranfer its execution durin one call (jmp with offset )to other its complete

Solution 1

Normally (the sequence is not crypted)
it is the same...

...so you can find some JMP offset by a HEX viewer
and then modify it by a HEX editor :)
