How to view the Word document OLE object in MAC OS which is created in Windows?

Hello,

I have created the word document in windows embedded with OLE Objects
but the object ( video file ) is not supporting in MAC system MS word 2011 and only the contents is visible.

Will it compatible in MAC word 2016?

Please let me know how to make it open in MAC word.

Probably not since OLE is a Windows technology.

Is there any other option to implement this with both Windows and Mac compability? Is there any third party API are available to achieve this?

From what I can understand what you want to do is not possible.
Maybe you can do this in another fashion.

Maybe PDF can be a solution
