Add Special Character Toolbar in Winthusiasm.HtmlEditor

I am using the Winthusiasm.HtmlEditor in a .net page. The default toolbar property is Toolbars="Bold,Italic,Underline,ForeColor,BackColor,Left,Center,Right,Justify,OrderedList,BulletedList,Indent,Outdent,Rule,Subscript,Superscript,Link,Image"

How do I add the Special Characters Toolbar to this property. I already tried adding SpecialCharcter and it does not work.
