Go to the Payware website and ask there.

Ask the makers of the API, they usually have sample code. If they don't provide sample code or support then they don't care much about their clients so I'd look for a different API.

Okay, i want to clear a thing, Is It not possible to send a request from client to server on port "XXXX" and getting back the response from servers port "YYYY"?

If you do not understand the basics of client server architecture, then you should not be involved in implementing payment packages. As suggest, go and talk to the providers of this package for proper advice on how to implement it.
