I installed Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable

Now we can't install this program for all client. Can I embed this program to our program.

~~We don't know the program you are talking about because you did not name it or provide a link.~~

If you are allowed to distribute the program depends on it's license.

When you are allowed, you may distribute and install it together with your program using an installer.

The name of the MS download package indicates that you can distribute the package together with your program.

But read the installation instructions on the MS download page. Before installing you should check if it is necessary. It may be already present or not necessary (e.g. with an Office installation).
