Ssis I Need To Copy Multiple Table To Linked Server With Where Condition

hi i have made ssis package with execuate SQL Statment Task.
it take 35 hour and then failed with message

transaction log full.

i delete all log and again try to run it. not it come with new error
failed with the following error: "Cannot fetch the rowset from OLE DB provider "SQLNCLI10" for linked server.


so all i need to copy record from multiple table to linked server . i also need to perform some where condition from source table and then insert to destination.

so please help me , which task is suitable for this in ssis, or tell me how to avoid above mention error
