visual studio crash problem and entity frame work

hi i have a problem with visual studio 2015
when i was add entity framework 6.1.3 to my project , visual studio was crashed and restart.
i try anything like change project type or entity framework version or repair vs or add entity framework with nuget command or nuget gui ...

how can i solve this problem ? :(

VS2010 used to crash on me quite regularly. I used to solve this by running a second instance of VS and attach it as a debugger to the first. It would then run fine, but at least you may get a better error message. I have no idea if this would work in VS2015 but it might be worth a try

- my test :

1. use sfc /scannow for check OS files

2. uninstall visual studio and install

3. run visual studio with log switch and get some error about package manager and i try to solve this problem and can find any solution

4. uninstall all component line entity framework tools ..

what must i do ?
