Hello i need a exe , how can i change chrome,firefox and iexplorer home page adress with vb.net or vb6.0 i want to change homepages and i want to lock can you help me ?

Sounds suspicious to me. Why would you need a something to do that. If you have a valid need such as your company requires it, you can use something like Group Policy to accomplish this.

Why not?
Because that's the kind of thing only spammers and morons do.
If you did that to my browser, you would be deleted with extreme prejudice.

Particularly trying to "lock" them there - for that (if it was possible, which it isn't) I'd hunt you personally down...after I'd restored from my last backup.
