How can I control TCP/IP Data on Google Compute Engine

Hi,

Actually I have started working on Google Compute Engine and stuck on something. How can I control incoming Data from any client using TCP/IP protocol and Display it on google Cloud Platform. Also what is the way to display the incoming runtime data on webpage or web server.?

If I be very honest with you I have just started working on it. I only managed to create instance and playing with it. There are two things which are confusing me what is "Managed VM" and second is how to deploy projects on google cloud. I have not much experience in web applications so I am also confused how to display tcp data coming from any client.
