name address vatamt, 5.50,12.00
manoj nagpur 1200 , 66, 1134

header or text field are not same every time he can change just like

name address vatamt, 5.50,12.00 ,4.00
manoj nagpur 1200 , 63.36, 1088.64,48

can is do this way
