How Do I Upload A Folder Into Server

Hi Guys,

Im a newbie here.

I downloaded a folder from github wanting to see how it looks on a browser.
I think it should be a web application

How do i use this folder (API) ?

It contains several .md files
eg.
contributing.md
EVENTS.md
changelog.md

configs.php
events.php

and many more...

Do i upload them into my domain root?
Appreciate any form of help.

If you are in learning stage, I will suggest you to get a tutorial, online or paper book, follow the instruction there. You downloaded something from github you don't even know what it is, getting help wont be very easy for you.
