Crystal report Installation Error

Hi I want to install seagate crystal report 7.0 in windows 7.0 operating system,

when I tried to install in windows 7.0 we are getting error as "System Error".

same time we tried in windows XP OS it is installing.our requirement is to install Crystal report in windows 7.0 OS.please suggest us
