How do you do grouping in telerik using visual studio?

I am trying to group a column called "FranchiseeName"
for instance I want each FranchiseeName to display their customers.

Telerik is a company, not a library. Which of their libraries are you using?

Again, that's not the library name. That's a component in the library.

Are you using DevCraft, Kendo UI, Kendo UI MVC, Telerik Platform, ... what?

I am not using none of those,Unless i am still going to need them because i am not familiar with telerik,but i am doing a report using telerik in visual studio, i am not doing it Telerikplatform.
