Error : i control hotfix kb2731284 or later update is not installed, no need to zero-out data files

mongoDb installed in windows 7. when I run the mongo.exe facing the above mentioned error.
hotfix kb2731284 package has installed and tried the mongo.exe, still facing the same error like
"i control hotfix kb2731284 or later update is installed, no need to zero-out data files".

has any ideas/solutions ?
