How do I use a kendo tooltip with template in an angular ng-repeat?

Hi,

I have a table with an ng-repeat row. There is a lot of data available on each row so I want to move much of it into mouseover displays. I have done something similar before where I was able to construct a kendo-template, but that was over a kendo-grid so the data model was used.

How can I achieve the same effect over an ng-repeat table? Am I barking up the wrong tree with kendo?

My google-fu is weak on these subjects so I'd be happy with some links ^_^
