Hi Friends,
I am using VS 2005 ,.net framweork 2 in asp.net website,sql 2008.

How to upgrade it to VS 2013 ultimate website ,.net framework 4,5,sql 2012 ?

Is it possible to upgrade to web application in VS 2013 ultimate from VS 2005 webiste?
Is there any advantage to upgrade to web application?

Compared to F/w 2.0 there has been lot done and many new features in 4.5+ .Net framework has evolved multiple folds and definitely advantageous to upgrade.
The best approach is to keep a backup (zip) of your original code and open it in VS 2013. The VS IDE will automatically upgrade your project and show any errors or warnings.

Yes it can be done. Backward compatibility is there for most of Microsoft tools.
