As far as I know, MS do not have a policy of "It's old - let's give it away" preferring the more profitable "It's old - let's tart it up, give it a new name and flog it over again."

As a result, and D/L we could point you at would be in breach of copyright. You may be able to find a copy on FleaBay or similar.
