Blend (now called: Microsoft Expression) has nothing to do with VBA, C or Java Desktop. It is a User Interface design tool (suite).

Believe me, it's extremely difficult to advise anything to one who does not know where to start. It does not really important where to start, it's more important to actually start, not waiting for an advice, and not getting anything as excuse for not starting. Perhaps if you realize it, starting won't be a problem. Sorry if you feel that my suggestions are unpleasant to you, but I think this is what it is...

You don't need excuses, because there is no shame in low knowledge. Low knowledge grows into big for those who bravely but wisely attack the unknown. So, my advise it: forget about "where the start", start with anything, first of all, reading and learning. This is not rocket surgery, by the way, and not even a real engineering tool, this is a design tool.

1 solution

The best starting point is the creator Microsoft or ever better theirVirtual Academy.

Learning such complex tools is hard, you need some days or weeks to understand the complex tools. As old "Microsoftie" I warn you: a lot of tools behave sometimes strange. Some call that bugs, but it is "individuality" ;-)
