How to make Login Facebook button for web-application?

I want to make a form that has the facility for a user, which can be login through his/her facebook account, especially i want to use PHP SDK for this purpose, is there any one can help me from scratch or step by step.

Yes. Google... Use Facebook and API and Login as keywords...
