How Can I Use Rebase Code Of Clearcase Using Cleartool Command

i need to automate my deployment process and i have used clearcase tool for code checkins and all other stuff. I need to rebase the code and take the latest code and build it and create .MSI and then install it. So i just got stuck into the Rebase thing. i need to rebase the code through batch or some other command using programmatically .Please let me know if any one has done rebase using any program.Its urgent.
