Restrict AD User from login

Hi to everyone,

I have customized the Credential Provider in windows 7 to validate the domain username, domain password and a security question. I have built the logic as follows: First i will valid the security question, once it is success I will pass the domain username and domain password to windows. I have tested this in the system where my customized credential provider is installed. But when the same user use system where the windows credential provider is present, he is able to login to the system successfully .

Is there any possible to restrict the user to login through the customized credential provider alone in the active directory?

Please guide me.
