Block quote button not working in CKEditor

Button for block quote (") is not working in ckeditor.
" " are not appearing in final output text which is saved after text adding by CKEditor.
Other buttons are working quite well.
I also have downloaded latest full version from their site. Still having same problem.
Please help.

Did a small test for you. Blockquote works fine in my solution

I tried but didn't work for me?
I couldn't find where the actual problem is.

Well.
I added some text, selected it and clicked the 'blockquote' button.
The text will change and when I view the HTML inside the editor I can see the HTML TAG for it. When I save the data in the editor the TAG is part on the content. So the editor is fine.
