How can I access TPL BroadcastBlock LinkedTargets property ?

I am using BroadcastBloc and have few ActionBlocks Linked to my object. I want to manage behaviour of my object and if there no one is linked to my BroadcastBlock  it will stop broadcasting. WHile debug i can see "LinkedTargets" property but cannot access it from code.
What can i do enstead ?
