camera capture exe file will be run in all micorsoft operating system?

hi good morning everyone.
I create program camera capture which is in visual studio 2010 with backend sqlserver 2005, using metro framework. i take one windows picturebox and metro button and external webcamera. now in my project when i start project and click button_capure in pictuebox camera on now I click button_capure and image capture and save in database.
Now I create exe file and that run properly in my system detail given above.
but I want to run that exe in xp system and windows 7 32 bit or windows 8 or windows 10 it gereate error.
pls help me.
