Hi

I have a Two different servers/Domain namely Rackspace and DELL..

I have a few files in the RACK SPACE that needs to be shared to DELL as an url.

So when they click on the link they need to view those files.

But Actual problem is due to security reasons they don't want to give permission to DELL...Server.. :(

Know let me know what are the other different approaches apart from this..

Thanks in Advance

If your DELL PC doesn't have the required permissions, then the only way they are going to be able to view the files is get up, walk to the RACKSPACE PC and look at it's screen using it's keyboard and mouse...

That's what permissions are there for: to prevent people who aren't authorised from accessing files. If permissions aren't given, the the files can't be seen.

That is what permission is all about. :)

Your only way around is to hack the DELL server to gain access without permission, but I guess you will get problems if you do it.

Or may be you can ask them to sent you the file on a regular basis.
