While in Debugging in connecting to web service got this exception

Solution 1

To resolve this issue, you just need to add a Web.Config file to the Web Service and set the attribute :
compilation debug="true" in the Web.Config file.

I Already have Web.Config file and compilation debug="true".Any Ideas??
