Why not add a supplementary question to the StackOverflow post?

The post you've linked to has step-by-step instructions for doing this. Any answer here is just going to be a repeat of those instructions.

Instead of asking us to repeat the instructions that you didn't understand, why not tell us which specific steps you're having trouble understanding?

Thanks Richard Deeming and Richard MacCutchan. from here the point
That creates a local GIT repository

Surf to GitHub
Create a new repository DO NOT SELECT Initialize this repository with a README
That creates an empty repository with no Master branch

the above step onwards not understanding.
