Doe anyone know if ChangeInterceptors are safe in a multiuser enviroment?

I am using OData/EF6 and I have coded up my ChangeInterceptors. I was wondering if I need to do something to ensure that two users do not step on each other if both happen to execute the same ChangeInterceptor at the same time. I cannot find anything either way about this.
