I have hosted a retail web application in Godaddy, how to pick particular country time in asp.net.

A time zone ? I believe it will just give you the time zone of your server and you need to convert that to GMT and to the desired timezone from there.

You know where your webserver is and what time it must be using (based on certain timezone.)
Now, based on the IP, you can trace the country or from user data (if you have a login). Once you trace out the country of the logged in user in your site, you can use the known timezone differences between your webserver time and logged in users country time using GMT. Adjust accordingly.
