how I can past at clipboard data and also how
I can do prosess at runtime.exec command ?

Your question is not answerable. You're going to have to go into a LOT more detail about what you're trying to do, under what circumstances, and what you mean by "process ... exec command".

I have android service program and this program is receiving data from serial port. This program sends received data to clipboard.
which commands does paste at android shell? could you send me some sample commands?
