That's going to depend on you and what hardware you are going to use.
You need hardware in the car to monitor its GPS position, and you need hardware to send that to you. Probably, that's going to mean a mobile phone system of some description - even if it sends them via SMS, or via data.

At the other end, you need to set up software to receive and process that data, store it, and display it.

None of this is trivial; none of this is something we can answer in a little text box.

And if you have to ask, I suspect that this is homework!
So start with the question as set by your tutor, and break it down into separate, smaller tasks. Then start googling to work out how you can implement those.

Eventually, you will have a coherent system you can start to implement.

If you meet a specific problem, then please ask about that and we will do our best to help. But we aren't going to do it all for you!
