Adaptor service to convert to TLS1.2 protocol

I require to convert the existing webservice security communication to TLS1.2 protocol. The existing client application code cannot be modified. An adapter service which can run as a windows service will convert the existing SSL3 calls to TLS1.2. Any help in building this adapter service is appreciated.
