i want to develop a karaoke app for my final year project, how is it?

i am a cs student i studied it only for 2 years and i have done my bachelor in commerce. i dont have a strong base but i need to present a final year project, i was thinking about a karaoke app for android systems. but i dont know how i should start! any suggestion and advice, if anybody could give me i would be delighted.

From your question, you don't need an advice to get started, you need someone to do it for you.
For such a project, you need some skills, from you question, you lack of such skills.

Advice: Choose another project within your capacity.

For such projects, I recommend to learn some analyse methods that will help you to understand the problem in a fashion that can be translated to computer.

ppolymorphe sorry i think i wasnt very specific, yes i certainly lack skills but i assure you i dont need any ready written source code. by advice and guidance i wanted some suggestion on tools and technologies etc i could use. as for the skills im sure with a couple of sleepless nights with studies i will be able to gain enough skills to ride my bicycle.
so if you can please help me i will appreciate it.

I strongly suggest to Improve question with the specifics of what you looking for.
I am not an Android specialist, but I know that about anything can be done with any language, you just need some library to interact with the material, an emulator will certainly help too.
If you already know an IDE, start with it, otherwise, choose an IDE that is in use around you, you are more likely to get help.
