how to redirect or navigate one windows phone app page to a new windows phone app page in visual studio?

hi I am trying to creating windows phone app in visual studio 2013.Here iam encounterd with a problem that i cant redirect my first app page with response.redirect or postbak url (asp) .how can i navigate in to next page?and i cant found a dropdown list in that solution.please help me
