How can we refresh the dropdown which is data bounded using CAML query?

Hi,

We want to apply filter in a list and get the filtered value as input for dropdown list using CAML.

We are able to bound the filtered list value in dropdown for first time. When we add new item in the list, it is not getting reflected in dropdown.

Could you please help if there is any solution available to refresh the dropdown whenever new items getting added in list?
