how to create PPOE connection in android

hi i am a beginner android developer using java & c# programming language, i have a pppoe server inside my small company so i wanna creat a small android app to connect to the pppoe server i wanna do something like this app

WIFI PPPOE

but i don't have any ideas about how this app works so i need a little help cuz i searched on the internet but i found many questions but without an answers so i hope someone here can help me
