i have Facebook application and business manger account i want to get access of Facebook page which is not my own. so i want to send request to page admin to get access on that page using Graph API. can it possible using graph API.

which Facebook page i want to access that page admin need a business manger account?

i want to get permission on that page for publish or design.

if any one have idea how to i can achieve this than please HELP me.
