Querying Active Directory Extra Column attributes in sql

Hi Techies,

i am querying data from active directory through sql server .There is no problem with querying the existing column values .

But the issue is i need to access the Extra columns that i have added in active directory.

I couldn't able to access as it is showing error.

Looking forward for the solution..
