Need a tool manage SQL Attribute Store and Custom Claim Rules for ADFS

Hello everyone,

Since ADFS 3.0 provides interface to use SQL Server database as additional claim attribute store, is there a tool a tool to manage SQL Attribute Store?

I am working on a task to use Active Directory authentication, and use SQL server database and custom claim rules to manage additional claims. I can do it manually add attributes and then update the rules, but it is not easy to handle in a multiple project environments.
